Privacy Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Biggr Technologies Inc., the United States company that operates Rankfly ("Rankfly", "we", "us"), collects when you use our website and app, why we use it, and the choices you have. It applies together with our Terms of Service.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Business details: the websites you add, the description, competitors and keywords for them, your writing preferences, and the content we write for you.
- Connection credentials: the keys or tokens you give us to publish to your website. These are stored encrypted.
- Billing details: your subscription and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage and technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser, pages used and errors, to keep the Service secure and working.
- Advertising data: if you reach us through an ad, the ad click identifier and campaign tags in the link, the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and your approximate country (to know whether to ask for cookie consent).
2. How we use it
- to provide the Service: research keywords, plan and write content, and publish it to the sites you connect;
- to run your account and subscription, and send sign-in links and important service emails;
- to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems;
- to improve Rankfly, using aggregated information;
- to measure our advertising: whether an ad led to a sign-up, a trial or a subscription. See section 5.
We process this data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, and where required, with your consent. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
3. Service providers
We share data only with the providers we need to run Rankfly, under agreements that protect it:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel: website and app hosting.
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
- OpenAI: writing articles and images from your business details and keywords.
- DataForSEO: search data such as keyword volumes, rankings and competitors for the websites you add.
- Google: sign-in, if you choose it; Google Ads, to measure our ads; and Google Analytics, to understand how our site and app are used (see section 5).
- The platforms you connect (such as WordPress, Shopify or Webflow), which receive the content we publish for you.
We may also disclose data if required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.
4. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies and advertising measurement
We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your current project, and to remember your cookie choice and approximate country.
With your consent, we also use Google Ads measurement: the Google tag and a first-party cookie that remembers the ad you clicked for up to 90 days. When you sign up, start a trial or subscribe, we tell Google Ads about it with the ad click identifier and a one-way hashed (SHA-256) copy of your email address, so Google can match it to the ad. Google does not receive your email in readable form. We do not sell your data or let Google use it for other advertisers.
With the same consent we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use Rankfly: pages visited, steps of sign-up and setup completed, and subscription events such as a payment or cancellation. For signed-in users this is linked to an internal account number, never your name or email address.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask first and nothing is shared unless you accept. Elsewhere this measurement is on by default. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of our pages; declining stops the Google tag from setting advertising cookies and stops us sharing your sign-up, trial and subscription with Google Ads.
6. How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete a project or close your account, we delete the related data within a reasonable time, except what we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Content already published on your website is not affected.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for connection credentials and access controls so each account can only see its own data. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email support@rankfly.ai. We will respond within the time required by law.
9. Children
Rankfly is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
