Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Biggr Technologies Inc., a company in the United States that operates Rankfly ("Rankfly", "we", "us"). They apply when you use Rankfly, including our website, app and API (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use Rankfly for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

1. What Rankfly does

Rankfly researches keywords for your website, plans content, writes articles with AI, and can publish them to a site you connect. It can also find online discussions relevant to your keywords and draft replies for you to post yourself. Features may change as we improve the Service.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate information when you sign up.
  • You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you suspect misuse.
  • You may only add websites you own or are authorised to manage.

3. Trial, subscription and payment

  • New subscriptions start with a free trial. A payment card is required to start it.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you are charged the plan price shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects your subscription.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods.
  • Each plan includes a set number of articles per month. Unused articles do not carry over.

4. Connected websites and publishing

When you connect a website (for example WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Framer, Ghost, Notion or a webhook), you authorise Rankfly to create and update content there on your behalf. By default, written articles are published automatically on their scheduled day; you can require approval before publishing in your settings. You are responsible for the content published on your website and for keeping your connection credentials valid. You can disconnect at any time.

5. AI-generated content

  • Articles, images and replies are generated with AI from public information and the details you provide. They may contain mistakes.
  • Review content before relying on it, particularly facts, figures, prices, legal, medical or financial statements.
  • We do not guarantee any search ranking, traffic or business result.
  • Suggested Reddit and community replies are drafts. You post them yourself, from your own accounts, and must follow each community's rules.

6. Ownership

You own the content Rankfly generates for you and what you upload, to the extent the law allows. You give us the permission we need to host, process and publish it to provide the Service. Rankfly, its software and its branding remain ours.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful or infringing content, or for spam;
  • add websites you are not authorised to manage, or try to access other customers' data;
  • interfere with, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or get around its limits;
  • resell the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as hosting, payment, AI and data providers, and on the platforms you connect. We are not responsible for their services, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Rankfly available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice where we can.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rankfly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or rankings. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your account

You can cancel your subscription and delete your projects at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or fail to pay. After closure we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Content already published on your website stays there.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
